Hi, my name is Omar and I was diagnosed with Parkinson at age 33. I never imagined this happening to me, and it is needless to say, that on that moment I was devastated. I was in the middle of my Engineering Bachelor, my twin girls were 5 years old and Me and My Wife were going thru a tough financial situation. Those were very dark days for me and my family and as I started doing research about the condition my mood and state of mind started getting worse and worse as all the information I was accessing wasn't giving me a lot of hope. Many patients have also been in this road and they will get depressed, stressed, sometimes even they may lose their hope as they don't see a light at the end of the tunnel. That is bad, and from my experience I can tell you that depression, stress and feeling hopeless about your Parkinson's condition is like adding fuel to a fire. So what I did was that every time I started reading an article, just from reading the first couple of paragraphs, if I sensed that it would have a negative outcome I would stop reading it. I started looking for positive stories of people who are doing well despite having Parkinson, I started looking for new treatments, I started looking for supplements that help with the symptoms and supplements that help to slow down the development of the condition and that is what I want to share with you. How positive thinking, nutrition, exercise and technology can help you manage this condition.
